All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy of the goods. If you receive your order in damaged condition, do not open the package and contact us immediately. Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receiving your order and please include a copy of the invoice for processing. Refunds will be applied to account credit less the shipping charges.

*Most jewelry is one of a kind; however, if you would like multiple pieces of the same item, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.  A down payment may be required and will be determined at time of agreement between requestor and JG Beaded Jewelry/JG Beads depending on details of order.
