Our services are guaranteed, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). All orders are inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy of the goods. If you receive your order in damaged condition, do not open the package and contact us immediately. Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receiving your order and please include a copy of the invoice for processing. Refunds can be applied to credit on your account or refunded to the credit card used for the purchase only, less the shipping charges. Custom Orders:We are glad to work with you on custom orders. Please send an email with your special request to determine if it is feasible. A down payment will be determined at time of agreement between requestor and JG Beads depending on details of order. All orders are shipped immediately upon payment confirmation or check clearance. All orders shipped in the US receive USPS Priority shipping FREE!
